The Cooking classes


"Cooking is about not only about taste but also the preparation! Cut, mince, slice, , grab, link, deglaze...
an entire program of know how and chef techniques."

Manuel Ribail will unveil his culinary universe : goose livers, fish and sea food, meat, dessert...

For each class, themes and recipes vary depending on season and is adapted following your learning desires!.

- In the morning from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm and in the evenings from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm.

- Preparation and realization of a starter, main course and dessert (according to the menus).

 
- 4 participants maximum by course, individually or in group.

- The course will be followed by a meal during the which, we shall sample the prepared dishes.

- The price rate also includes: a cocktail in the aperitif and the wine in accordance with every dish, selected by Manfred Ribail.

- Your partner can join us for the meal, a "blind" tasting is planned in introduction of the meal.

- We also sell utensils and products used during the classes : knives, spices, mould...
